The door in our room had a very old and broken lock so it was hard to open and close

Todo correspondía perfectamente con las fotos del anuncio. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia, y la cama era muy cómoda. Además, el hostal está en una ubicación excelente, muy céntrica, por lo que se puede llegar a todos los sitios de interés en pocos minutos andando. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí.
Como aspecto a mejorar, se echa en falta una puerta que ofrezca más privacidad en el baño, tanto en la zona del inodoro como en la de la ducha.

Location is very central to Ciutadella, but very quiet. Really convenient. The place is really cozy, small and well cared for.
Room was really small. Got fed up to trip over my baggage, no wardrobe.. quite uncomfortable. Walls are thin as paper. No need to hear the conversations on the room beside.
