Handy location in the city.
Had slight issues using the laundry facilities - couldn’t get access at the advertised time of opening, also washing machine didn’t seem to be working.

Nice room, with comfortable bed.
Good parking garage with direct hotel access.
Good location to check out the market and to access union station and the sports venues.
we had difficulty figuring out the air conditioner and how best to optimize its use, consequently we both had difficulty getting a good night's sleep.

Room was spacious, clean and modern. Had all facilities needed including an iron and board :) and coffee machine. Good size bathroom with plenty of room for our toiletries. Reception area was very welcoming. Very pleased with this hotel.
Included breakfast which is great but could have had a slightly better choice. Kettle in room would be good.

The location is nice and right next to a park. It's a central location and less than a 30 minute walk to Sugar Beach and the CN Tower. The parking was very convenient too.
Our first night there, the fridge didn't work. Maintenance came and replaced it. The third day, there was no hot water due to a gas issue. I didn't like that I wasn't even offered some kind of small refund for the inconvenience. We didn't have hot water to take a shower until the afternoon and it threw our day off. I mentioned this at checkout and they didn't do anything besides say that they hope it will be better next time. I was very disappointed by this. I stayed there last year and it was a great experience and expected better.
