Nice play to stay downtown Montreal close to major venues
Nothing to note

Nice clean hotel with very spacious room, huge comfortable bed.
Close to bus stops and metro stations
Although the breakfast was ok, a bit more variety would have been great

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room service and cleaning service were always on hand and prompt. The hotel is probably less expensive than I thought it would be, since I was told breakfast would cost money, but it appears nobody was present to charge you money (but I did not have time to eat, so I am not certain). The facilities were updated, but not uniformly. The hotel has a convenience store inside, and AVIS.
3/6 nights the elevators smelled of bathrooms (feces 2 nights, urine 1 night). The hotel was a decent walk from most of my destinations. My room had a giant post in the center holding up the hotel structure, so effectively I had a much smaller room than advertised. The hotel had some free offerings, but you had to pay for other things.
