Comfortable beds and pillows
Rooms are quite small.
No microwave in the room.

Super location. Very close to train and bus terminals. Just a short walk away. Also a short walk to Rogers Stadium to watch a Toronto Blue Jays. Also handy to harbour front.Breakfast was great on one of mornings we ate there.
Paint peeling in bathroomceiling. Instructions on how to use the shower would have been handy

Staff was polite.. bed was comfortable clean room location great for Scotiabank arena...
They wanted almost 200. More for breakfast to be included ..and on top of room booking page .. it had a breakfast included mark... misleading ..

Good, central location, walking distance to many places. The reception allowed me to check in 2 hours early
The room on the 10th floor has a window facing a wall and even worse it was covered with a plastic due to renovation.A bad surprise for such an expensive room.
I paid almost 300€ euro per night for a single room including breakfast, which is extremely expensive versus similar hotels in Europe
