Location was great. Had to head to the airport early therefore I left before breakfast.
I didn’t like having to wait in the hallway because I was told the key does not work until staff had to go to get a key that works.

the room was large and comfortable and the show facility was great. The staff were exceptionally helpful.
if this was to be handicapped friendly the toilet was too low, the bed a bit too high, and the access to the pool and hot tub was very difficult for a person with an injured leg and a walker....(this needs serious work)
