Distance to the airport, nice breakfast
Lighting in the room was very bright/white. Lots of noise in the corridors and also noise from outside during the night.

The airport shuttle was great! I recommend planning your trip back to the airport a few minutes ahead. This hotel is the first stop and then we head to the second hotel with the shuttle and then the airport! ☺️.

The staff go beyond, particularly helping with boarding pass. Always on hand with a smile. Beds are great. Bathroom is good. Pizza in restaurant was lovely. Shuttle bus to Terminals is quick and reliable.

Location and shuttle service was great. Room was quite comfortable and clean.
The noise was an issue. Not entirely the hotel’s fault, but the noise proofing could maybe be improved upon. Did not have any issues with airport noise, but the hotel was very busy, the hallways were noisy late into the night (at least up until midnight). There were signs up about quiet zones on guest floors and at the elevator bay so I wonder if this is not a new issue. I’ve stayed at a different hotel near the airport and not had this level of noise.
It was also a very slow check in, and instead of offering to help with bags, a valet came out to tell my friend to move our car from in front of the hotel while I was checking in. (We were pulled off to the side and not blocking anyone). Strange.
