Hotel was modern and elegant, but a bit pricey

It was a short shuttle ride from the airport. it was modern and elegant and had a nice restaurant.

The prices were a bit high for the room with the queen bed.

Hat alles was man braucht..

Der Shuttle funktioniert super, auch wenn man schon frühmorgens zum Flughafen muss! Betten sind groß, gemütlich und das Zimmer ist sauber.. Lage wirklich direkt am Flughafen, ohne dass man ständig die Flugzeuge hört!

Das Personal im Hotel selbst war sehr unfreundlich und in der Kommunikation nicht gut.. Keine Erklärungen vor Ort und bei nachfragen wurde man nur kurz gehalten… Auch war ich sehr verwundert, dass über das Chat-Kontaktformular meine Reservierung nicht gefunden wurde.. Wegen dem Shuttle musste ich vorher sogar unter einer ausländischen Nummer anrufen..

Location to the airport

Parking for the week was not included despite being told it was. I thought I was right on the HG site but I guess it was a third party. The information they provided was not correct. Your staff was lovely to help get a reduced rate to leave the car.

Delivered what we needed, which was a nice place to stay, close to the airport, with a shuttle.

Good, basic accommodation, with airport shuttle. Fridge in the room was appreciated, and the beds comfortable.

I asked for extra strong coffee pods (twice), and was given decaf. Yuck.

Very good stay and I booked it again for our return journey.

The coach service from the airport to the hotel and the swimming pool.

The ventilation network inside the room is noisy. Typical of North American hotels!

I have requested a room for 4 people and informed that we will arrive late. The hotel did not prepare the sofa bed and then when requested a very rude receptionist decided not to help at all.

Ok for 1 night, but not for holidays.

It was Ok hotel that I needed to stay overnight.

Too pricey. The breakfast was too expensive. I ate somewhere else. I stayed in Europe in the 4 star hotel with superb breakfast and nicer amenities.

It was not bad, but slight crowd from the neighbor, so I wonder that no sound proof between the rooms

Flexible to extend your stay for few hours

Why they did not take cash for room insurance! to be able to return it back to the customor on time as the bank refund is taking too long! And wonder why they did not give the customor a clearance and a letter to grantee the refund

It was a great stay and would stay again.

The room was very clean, the TV was huge, the restaurant was great! The employees were very helpful and were very happy.

Our stay wasn't planned. In our experience, Canadian hotel prices are expensive and we chose this hotel because it was the most inexpensive on the app. A seniors' discount would be great.

Disappointing.

Shuttle

The whole fit out of the coffee and glasses was throwaway. There were no wine glasses, only flimsy plastic cups. No coffee mugs, just cardboard cups. No glasses in the bathroom. The condiments were in a plastic package and we wasted a whole lot of items because we didn’t need them. Not enough sugar etc. This whole attitude smacks of a fast food outlet. A Hilton should not be in the same class. Even the Holiday Inn Express has glasses and china. I feel your cost cutting measures have lowered your place in the pantheon of hotels. We will probably reconsider using a Garden Inn again.

Below average and overpriced.

It was okay. Probably would give it 2/5 stars. Bed was good but why is it named the exact same thing as a hotel 5 minutes away. You guys suck and are extremely overpriced. 3 stars is absurd. 2 stars is generous. Won't be coming back

Overnight stay

The hotel is clean and has good airport shuttle connection. I only stayed overnight and had a spacious room. Can’t comment on amenities as literally stayed for a few hours at night to take some rest in between flights.

Not the property’s fault but booking.com confirmed the booking to me did not confirm it to the hotel so it was frustrating arriving late night with young children hoping to get a couple of hours sleep before an early morning flight. It took several calls with booking.com and when it was taking way too long, the front desk were kind enough to give us a key to a room. Booking.com eventually apologized for their mistake yet it was quite stressful on the day. So Thanks Hilton for your understanding.

Stayed when flight was delayed

The beds were not all that comfortable and the pillows were kind of flat myself and my husband both had a bad sleep and were sore the next day.

Stressful and exhausting

The front desk was helpful but it took quite a while for them to fix my receipt as I was overcharged for someone else's breakfast

I was left 3hrs at the airport. The shuttle never came and I was picked up by the neighbor Hotel at the Fairfield and he said that the shuttle driver does not work after midnight so he was kind enough to bring me to the Hilton Garden Inn and so I tipped him for the ride. Once at the hotel they did assure me that their shuttle was 24 hours but this is the second time that I don't get a ride when I land at 12:30 a.m. at the airport. When I finally arrived at the hotel they assured me that they have a 24-hour shuttle but they do not. also they had allowed me a late checkout for 2:00 p.m. since I arrived so late but did not convey this to the cleaning crew because they were banging at my door at 10:00 a.m. and I still had a 4 hour drive back home after that which was very exhausting since I did not have a full night's sleep. Also when I had arrived a week earlier I had asked for a plate and utensils from one of the kitchen staff who was a short man with gray hair and he was not nice at all so I reported him to front desk and they told me that they always have issues with his attitude so this needs to be addressed. The next morning I was delayed again because the servers at the restaurant did not check the signature on the breakfast bill and it was charged to my room when I didn't even have breakfast. This took a while for the front desk to go through all the kitchen receipts and fix my bill and then I was charged an extra $125 but 3 days later they fixed it. This is an added stress that I did not need on a trip especially after the whole mess of the storms and the flights being canceled. This was definitely not a good experience for me. This place is very unorganized.
