Room was well equipped, the pool was a great size and plenty of lounge chairs. The hotel was well situated on the beach. The restaurant was amazing

The location is amazing. Right near the water and beach, walking paths along the water, walking distance to most of the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed having a kitchen as we were travelling with a toddler.
Some upgrades/ maintenance needed. The hide a bed sofa could use a replacement mattress, need a better blanket for bed a bed also as a scratchy wool blanket. Some grout needed cleaning and such.

Location is good.. outdoor eating area is nice.
Waited for supper order for 2 hours. Waitress argued that our order when in at the same time as a bunch of orders but others were served at least a half hour before we ordered. Should not have argued the point with us. Ridiculous.
Got to the pool area and they closed the pool because kids barfed in it. It was floating for a while before someone came to clean it. Could not use it the first day we arrived.
Steam room was so fugly, u clean, smelled so bad I could not use.
Price is completely inappropriate for the quality of the resort. It is average at best. I can see that it is good for families who want to run amuck but if you are a mature couple, do not stay here.
It is a kid's resort, not an adult.resort. completely wasted my money.
