Loved the location and staff, very nice outside area to read in the evenings which let me enjoy the area even more.
The bed could have been more comfortable and there were a few amenities missing from the room (tissues and glasses). Suggest a heater for the pool as a future improvement

My room was on the inner courtyard with a pool and loungers. Big overhang outside the room with patio table and chairs, felt like a southern resort. Very short walk to the beech (pics)

Great family friendly place to stay. The small pool is great for toddlers & small children.
The cleaning staff was awesome & very friendly.
They need to be clear on their pet policies. There are no signs saying that pets can’t be on the property. They allow pets but they cannot leave the rooms or be on the prop grounds.

We left some clothing in the closet upon check out. We called next day to ask if it was found and were told it wasn’t and to try calling later. We went to the front desk later and asked and were told our items were not found. We asked to speak to the cleaner and she went to the front desk. We asked where the lost and found was, was told laundry room and asked the front desk guy to check. He did and our items were in there. Unfortunate how this was dealt with, most hotels call you when missing items are found after check out. Disappointed with how this was dealt with.
