Room was really nice! View of the lake. Good location of the hotel for walking into town or along the beach.
Confusion at the front desk - reservation. No one left a note to tell anyone new what was going on. Had to explain things 3 times. Spent alot of time at the front desk. Annoying!

Not clean. Bathtub plug didn’t work. Filthy around plug. Coffee maker did t work. Paper cups. Most expensive hotel on our 16 day trip but not worth what we paid.
