The facility met my needs and I would book the hotel again for a future visit

Location and access to where I wanted to go was very convenient.

Adjacent noise and road construction in the area.

This holiday inn express is probably one of the better one in Rmd with free parking.

Breakfast was very good but a bit confined in that room until they open an overflow room which we did not have a chance to try before 8:30.

Can be a bit noisy at times but inside the room is fine

Would not ever book this property again

The property is clean.

There was an issue with the shuttle and I felt staff didn't even extend themselves, never mind going out of their way to assist me. Two hours of my time were wasted getting to the property. Time is most essential to me, and there is no recourse for having it wasted. I was not asked if I was able to walk all over the place - first shuttle location, then a taxi service location, to being told to be on the other side of the airport when I had already been in that area and made my way to shuttle area. Waiting for 45 minutes for the shuttle to find out it was not coming. Having to call the taxi service myself and then try to locate that specific company. I would not recommend this property, nor would I go back and stay. I did try to change my reservation and the property would not allow it.

The hotel kept to their words and surpassed my expectations

The Hotel from reception to every staff were so respectful. Ever willing to render exceptional services. The room is home away from home. My kids enjoyed it. The meal was excellent and gave enough eating time for guest. The pick up and drop off from and to the airport was awesome perk. In all I will not hesitate to make a reservation here wen next I visit Vancouver

Not good for wheelchair users

Good location. Overall a nice hotel. Easy check-in. I would go back.

Beds very very soft. Room not thoroughly cleaned. What was supposed to be handicapped room was a joke, particularly in the bathroom. If I had been alone I would not have been able to reach the towels. Was a bathtub and not the accessible shower per their description. The hotels mini bus was parked in one of the 3 handicapped parking stalls causing us to park a distance from the entrance which I could not walk. Was not told that breakfast was closed at 9:00 am.

Disappointing and uncomfortable.

Not much. The exterior looked fine but disappointing after that.

Lumpy uncomfortable beds, inferior bedding Very loud air co kept us awake. My nieces room had a light switch hanging out of the wall, shower head not fixed to wall, broken hair dryer.

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Housekeeper were great. Pool was ok.

Julian front desk staff was not great and did not give accurate information or requested room. There were guest vaping in the jacuzzi when my kids were smoking. I taught this was a smoking free facility?

Taught me to double check in future when booking that it is not your lication

The location - thought I had booked the holiday inn by Costco. Names are too close. Hair handling unit on roof made too much noise. Cost a fortune to go anywhere - cabs. Airport vehicle too small.

Other than the shuttle pick up it was a good stay

I liked that they had breakfast packed for us as we were leaving for the airport before the breakfast bar open, shuttle was on time to pick us up

The shuttle to pick us up from the airport when we came home was over an hour wait ☹️ we had 2 small children , landed at 11pm and the driver did not get there until 1am , found this unacceptable as it is a 15-30 minute drive

Solid stay for the price

My partner lost his headphone in the lobby and the staff did everything they could to help us look for it. Unfortunately we think it's inside the fabric part /base of the couch and was not retrievable.

The breakfast was okay, the eggs seemed a little undercooked. It was nice that they had an omlette option. Happy to eat the sausages and fresh fruit!

The staffs and services are very nice. The breakfast was excellent, fresh cook and many selections.

The hotel need to have some renovation and update the rooms and bathrooms. I hope I will come back see improvement.
