Welcome to our brand-new guest house in Vancouver West! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is perfect for families or groups. Enjoy a large open green park right in front, easy access to transit, and a short drive to UBC, Downtown, and the beach. Each room has its own heating & A/C control, plus a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry.

We enjoyed staying here. The house was clean and great for our group. We loved be central to Vancouver and also the park in front of the house was the perfect backyard.

This was a great place to stay! Easy to get to and accessible by bus lines. The host made it very easy for us to check-in and even allowed a last minute early check-in for some of my party. I enjoyed all of my communication with the host but did need to ask for check-in information (he assured me this was abnormal!). Overall, I would highly recommend this bright and clean space for anyone staying in Vancouver!
