The resort had everything u might want including a bowling ally . We wanted to go into downtown Chicago and without traffic it was a bout 40 mins.

Room was nice, as was the staff. Meals were good, but a little on the $$ side. Parking was great. I liked our stay, except as noted below.
We did not stay over a weekend, and so found that bowling and the spa was closed.
Huge disappointment for my kids and my wife really wanted to use the spa. The pool was nice, though the hot tub was as foamy as any I'd ever seen.
We were there specifically for a staycation and so it was a bit disappointing and not a good use of our time and money.
Hotel layout was about as convoluted as I'd ever seen.
