Our room opened onto the outside pool area which was nice.
Very strange room set up with the sink in the bedroom not the bathroom. We were told it was a ‘suite’ but it did not have a chair other than an upright swivel chair at a desk, although there was plenty of room for an armchair or a sofa.
At breakfast, very basic food with cheap plastic knives and forks that were useless, and paper plates.

Rooms were big, beds were comfortable, location was great & like the discount at Wings next door
Bathroom was alittle tired even though the rest of the room was updated

Great big room with two Queen beds. The family enjoyed the outdoor pool.
No elevator (lift) so carrying suitcases up stairs. Noisy air conditioner in the room. Considering this hotel is in the Okanagan it is crazy that they provided tinned fruit salad at breakfast and not fresh fruit. Breakfast was disappointing. Also pre peeled hard boiled eggs :(

The breakfast was varied food wise. The coffee was average.
We could not get our TV to work. Spent 35 minutes on hold with Rogers business with no results. We did not speak with anyone at Rogers. No elevator.
