great place to stay for the price overall just uncomfortable beds

beautiful courtyard and flowers, I loved the hanging baskets!

the beds were very uncomfortable, VERY hard mattresses. we both found it hard to fall asleep and get comfortable.

not worth the money and I have lots of regret wasting $332 on this overpriced motel.

our stay was ok other then the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. could have been cleaned better and more towels and

stayed there last summer room was clean

room we booked for price wasn’t very clean, hole in wall tv very tiny, had a strange smell, bugs in the washroom we stayed there last year and room was clean and nice, also brought our pet and was told 25$ for the weekend per pet and was charged 25$ per night extra

Definitely clean and friendly

Charged $30 per night for my Chihuahua. Did not see this charge on Booking.com. Would have chosen another property if I had known. Hot water took FOREVER to come. At first I thought there must not be any. Where I live, we suffer water rationing every year and it was startling to see the amount of water wasted waiting for the hot to arrive.

It is a fair stay but I would have looked elsewhere if we stayed longer…

The location is great

Having a kitchenette is very good, that is what i was looking for when I booked. But they do not have an exhaust fan, a little dangerous when cooking as well as the smell in the room it makes. It is winter and I had to open the main door while cooking. We also had to open the window over night because of the smell in the room in general - all sort have stuck, most likely due to the absence of exhaust fan. The cooking wares need replacement as well. Lids were not matching and some of the cooking wares still have marks of burnt foods in them. There is a huge potential for improvement. Maybe clean the surrounding a little bit more as well.

Sahara Courtyard Inn-Fantastic!

Location was perfect for walking to the hockey arena. Centrally located for gas, convenience store, Starbucks, tim Hortons, restaurants, wineries etc.

Hard to find at first only because Google maps had the access wrong

overall a good value for a large group with lovely front desk staff!

people were very nice and friendly! the room was large and the kitchen was well stocked. location was central. it was very kid friendly too!

not enough blankets or towels, linens were very thin. also the bathrooms weren’t especially clean.

Stayed before, will stay again!

Great motel. Front desk check-in always quick and very friendly. Second floor rooms have balconies, first floor room this time faced a quiet side alley. Walking distance to lake, canal, food options, etc.

Not what's on the picture at all. I made my own horrifying pictures with the dry flyers in the webs on dirty windows, strange bugs by the door and more....

Great value hotel, clean, good location and awesome room type options.

Great value. Room is well stocked and clean. The hotel is very close to the Okanagan Events Centre and it was very easy to walk to for our show. The family room option allows us to stay very comfortably with another couple for a great price and the full kitchen is an added bonus!

For the price, it was pretty much as expected, and so close to SOEC.

Location is good, walk to pub,Tim Hortons, Starbucks, lake. Room was clean, and had everything you might need.

No bedspreads on beds, just a sheet and a blanket. We were very cold and didn't sleep well. Heating fan was too loud to keep on. Bed was pretty hard.

The motel was nicely kept and comfortable room. East to get to city centre and highway 97. Bed was very comfy with a decent firm mattress

I stayed three nights and my last night, people next door were very loud as like sliding furniture on the floor, extremely loud talkers, their dog kept barking at all hours, wall separating the room not soundproof as heard the couple having their adult fun. When dog barked the lady would basically yell at the dog to stop barking

It was alright.

They were very helpful as we needed to stay an extra couple of days so they were accommodating

Hot water took forever. Blankets were inefficient so we were cold. Could not figure out the baseboard heater or else it wasn't working.

the property didn't look like it had been swept for quite a while. Lots of leaves scattered about. And the room was quite dirty. Felt like the housekeeper used the same cloth to wipe the surfaces as she used on the toilet...
