Won’t be back to stay.

Staff was great, some very friendly, some not, going outside to smoke weed while on shift.

I stayed there over this past weekend and was extremely disappointed About a few things. 1. I booked this hotel entirely because of the indoor pool and it was not working or usable, although we were able to use the hot tub it was warm at best and full of ants and ants all around the tub. Second there was no house keeping, and on the second floor every time we walked down the hall to our room it smelt as though something was rotting in one of the rooms. I have stayed there previously and had good experiences, this time the accommodations were just poor. Staff was friendly though.

Great value

Everything was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. I loved how the soap and shampoo were in bigger refill bottles. This should happen in more places. It is such a waste of plastic. I will stay again because of this.

Excellent hotel. It was our second time staying here and plan to come back again next year.

This is our second time at this hotel. The location is excellent. Within walking distance to the beach, adventure park, restaurants, main street. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The kids loved the pool. Staff is very nice.

Great Value and Convenient

Location was great, there is a Denny's across the street. There also a restaurant in the hotel. Room was comfortable, with A/C and a great space with a desk to write. Washroom had a great shower (no tub), which makes it easier to go into the shower - loved it.

Having to cross the busy street to get to Denny's, but it was ok, just need to be careful. Maybe the hotel could request a cross walk from the city?

Bad

There was Marijuana left in my room that my small children found in the time it took my family of 6 to all get their shoes off. It has not been taken lightly and expect to hear back from the manager. Luckily it was only Marijuana and not something worse or deadly

Very good and comfortable stay

Location cleanliness very nice stafff very accomadating and it was clean and tidy and quiet

Great beds but not worth the $

The room was clean the beds were super comfortable.

When we first arrived it took almost 30 mins the service wasn't good she was kinda rude it was like she had a bad day and i understand but dont take it out on me. I paid $345 for the room which said on Bookings it was $275. We got there at 8 but didn't get our key cards till 8:35 and my kids wanted to go in the pool but it closes at 9 so they didn't go swimming in the pool so i have no idea if it was any good. We ordered pizza and phoned down to see if we could get paper plates they didnt have anything didn't offer napkins or anything. All night looking out our window i got the lovely view of a gas station and Denny's. We stayed for 15 hours give or take paid a ridiculous amount.

it was a lovely stay, there was someone being noisey in the hallway bath nights thoigh, which wasn’t too pleasant. it ke

it had a breakfast/lunch restaurant on sight which was handy. got 10 percent off there for each night we stayed.

it didn’t offer a continental breakfast, which would have added to the value of the stay. although the room was a decent value, having nowhere to cook food and no breakfast included, brought the price up quite a bit.
