Well located. Right downtown and near the metro station. The room was clean and quiet. Staff was nice and helpful.
It took a long time, much too long, to cancel the deposit on my credit card, even after pointing that out to them. If a deposit can be taken instantly, it can be reversed just as fast. That was annoying and since it was my first time there, I couldn't be certain whether they were just slow, negligent or trying to rip me off. That's very unfortunate because the stay itself was pleasant with no other issue.

Good location and beds were comfortable.
The location of the hotel was good, however there is a lot of construction around the hotel and it makes you take too many detours, makes it hard to drive or even walk.
Breakfast wasn’t great at all. There was never space in the dining area and the trash cans were always full. The options were terrible for breakfast, the hot croissant was the only saving grace.
There was only one very slow elevator, that barely worked. And too many people/floors to keep up.

The breakfast could have been enhanced with more protein (fish, chicken, sausage, beacon, etc)
No plate to warm food in the microwave
