Not wheelchair or stroller friendly.

The location is pretty amazing, it is a beautiful hotel, with a lovely art gallery. The pool is heated, its a gradient pool so perfect for relaxing and kid friendly. The room is big and really spacious. The bar staff the pool staff were really great. The rooms and hotel are very clean and smell fresh the towels and linen were spotless. Overall they try really hard to make your stay enjoyable but need some fine tuning.

On Saturday at 10am they didnt have towels at the beach or the pool. They do not have ramps so we had to carry the stroller up the stairs. If you stay on the city view side of the hotel. Its noisy till 3 am and the noise starts by 7 am again so it is a little difficult to sleep but if you are part of the noise it will be just fine. . The wifi quality was really bad. The tvs are very dated.

La struttura è vecchia, personale scortese, nulla funziona, piscina piccola e in ombra, stanza da 4 ma solo due lettini in spiaggia, due ragazze di 14 anni hanno dormito in un divano letto ad una piazza e poco più, ci hanno persino boicottato la serata di capodanno dopo averci dato informazioni, per poi scoprire che non ammettevano under21!

Rapporto qualità prezzo: il peggiore. Sì paga un 5 stelle per avere servizi e struttura da 3! Lasciate perdere!!

Never stay here

Nothing. The only thing that was good was the location.

Everything. It’s dirty, outdated, not properly attended to, there are 0 amenities in the rooms. No minibar. Nothing in the fridge. No ice bucket for ice. It has an odd smell. The walls are paper thin. It was a disaster of a stay and I was very disappointed in the experience given the price.

Ótima localização, quarto muito amplo com sala e copa!

O apartamento com sala, mini cozinha e quarto é super espaçoso e agradável. A localização é excelente em South Beach Miami!

O ar condicionado não funcionava direito. Frequentemente o quarto ficava gelado! O chuveiro colocado sobre a banheira e protegido por uma cortina de plástico , causava uma inundação no banheiro a cada banho!

Overall, it was a good stay I definitely would stay again

It is a beautiful hotel staff and doorman were great but the location was everything !!!!

Rooms are slightly outdated could use some remodeling beds weren’t that great either.

It was a fantastic weekend getaway!!

Great location and beautiful art hotel The staff was beyond attentive, they really went out of their way to make our stay absolutely incredible. The pool and the beach were perfect , close proximity to so many great restaurants , the bikes provided by the hotel came in handy especially for a beautiful stroll down the beach so we could explore . Would highly recommend. The rooms were spacious . Thank you for a great stay !

The location is ideal

The slow draining in both tub and sink. The room i asked for wasnt available even though I checked in early. So was told to get another room that they wanted to give me facing a brick wall. Shower handle kept falling off. Wanted check out a day early but the told me to contact booking.com contacted booking.com, and it said to contact hotel. Neither party accepted responsibility. Charged me for a day i did .

A lovely hotel, good staff, will go back (if they stop diffusing parfume in public areas).

Everything. From the check in up the checkout. Very pleasent and positive experience after some traumatising experiences in otehr o Hotels in South Beach.

If I have to make one remark it would be about the parfume constantly diffuse in the public areas. It is unnecessary, very unhealthy and made worse my breathing issues. Also it is an endocrine distruptor. I don’t understand why this choice and I heard other clients complaining about it in the elevator . Cleanliness does not need parfumes or chemical deodorants

Room was nice and comfortable. Ocean front superb. Location is good.

Hotel looks a bit run down in common areas. Staff uses same elevators as guests and you have to wait for a while fot elevator and most times you can't get in from theor trolleys or other equipment.

We were very disappointed.

good location

The service was bad and the front desk didn’t help us. 1- the 1st day we had to move to an other Suite because of a flooding in the bedroom. 2- the new Suite had 2 obtruded views and very dark. We asked for a lamp but we never got it during our 3 days stay. 3- the tub didn’t have a security handle bar and the hotel told us that they didn’t have any other room available with this feature. 4- the curtains in both rooms (bedroom and living room) were very dirty (see pictures) and garbage cans were all day in the hall way.

It was a lovely hotel with great staff. I would stay there again.

Luis at the front desk was fantastic. There was another lady that was at front desk who helped me change rooms and was very helpful and very nice. All staff were great! Unlike many other hotels in that area where staff are rude and unresponsive. Loved the artwork all around the place.

I was originally in room 612 and the air conditioner fan/vent was so loud I couldn't sleep the first night and moved to another room for the second night. The pillows were wayyyyy too big and lumpy. I slept with no pillow and used one of the towels folded up instead. I didn't like that the beach "closed" at 5:30. It should be open until at least sunset. I didn't like paying $20 for a glass of wine in a plastic cup that was only about 5 sips. I bought my own alcohol after that and went elsewhere for drinks and food so I never ate there. When I left to go to the airport they called a very expensive private taxi for me instead of a private taxi. It was almost $90 for my ride to the airport!!!

A unique hotel in a great location with excellent staff

We loved our ocean view room with a balcony. The location was perfect. There are so many great restaurants nearby. The guests were very diverse!
