The beachfront location was amazing, with direct access to the beach and a beautiful pool area. I loved that the hotel offered complimentary bicycles for two hours, which was a great way to explore South Beach and see more of the area without needing an Uber. The room was spacious and having a microwave was very convenient. I also appreciated the complimentary refillable water bottle, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you want to enjoy the beach and explore Miami Beach!
I had a pleasant stay overall and enjoyed the facilities and location.

Location and size of room! Having the beach super close is amazing too.
One server on the beach was rude, but everyone else was great!

The location. The pool. Access to the beach. Room was good.
Some of the staff I thought were vering on rude and unhelpful. I sometimes wondered who the customer was!
I think a course on customer service to staff would be a good idea.
