Free parking and good location, bed was comfortable and despite being next to the main road most of the noise was blocked out.
Breakfast, not really worth the effort. No toast but they have 2 toasters. No eggs. No bacon or ham. Only seen cereal, waffles, banana and apples. yoghurts milk tea coffee and apple juice. I wonder if it’s worth the hassle providing breakfast at all, or would they lose a star if they dropped it. My guess is yes probably.

Absolutely perfect stay for us. We used this location for an even in Oakland and it was just what we needed. Room was large and clean. We felt so fancy and well-cared for in our room for the price we paid. Staff was kind and helped us out a few times when we needed direction and travel suggestions. It's all in a very good location, with plenty of places to eat, BART close by, and bus stop literally right out front. Close enough to San Francisco to travel wherever but far enough away to not have to deal with all the people. Not to mention on-site parking that made us feel safer!
The only suggestion I have is to plan ahead for breakfasts. We didn't necessarily need breakfast for this trip but we did notice there weren't many options. Some small cereal cups, dry oatmeal packs, and pre packaged baked goods were offered. But there's a wonderful iHOP right next door if you want more.

Spacious
No Pots & pans when you call it a serviced apartment, not even forks and knives except some plastic cheap 🍴 stuff. Bad breakfast. Just dry and non healthy. Maybe for the price,they can add some eggs.
