OK, here's the dealio, not being mean here, however, the Shuttle driver that brought us to the hotel from SFO was too old to be driving, and should check the bags when the guest is dropped off being he dropped one of our bags with the previous guest at the previous stop before ours, thank goodness we caught him and took us back to that hotel and we switched the bag back out and was able to retrieve our correct luggage.
Shuttle driver capabillities of ensuring the luggage is the persons dropped off and to listen to the passengers on the shuttle with precise information given. He was close to retirement or past that age, and should be more efficient with his tasks and abillitities, he should be working day hours and NOT late night, he swerved a few times as well and slowed down and almost stopped a few times.

Neighborhood isn’t the best just a Wendy’s nearby for eating

Very clean, fantastic location, and very well maintained and comfy beds!
Shuttle was slow only because it stops at so many hotels. But the driver was so friendly!
