The room was huge! We were very pleasantly surprised by the arrangement of everything in the room. It was nice to have a bedroom suite it made it feel so much more cozy than most hotel rooms. Also loved that all their soap is liquid and in a communal bottle, especially hand soap.
There was an extra blanket and pillow in the closet which is very nice. Unfortunately we weren’t in the room long enough to utilize the shower or the free breakfast. We caught a Lyft to get to our concert and this happens to be a great spot to catch a ride we never waiting anymore than 5 minutes. Also the main street this hotel sits on is very safe and minimal walk bys. We will be staying here next time we are in San Fran and will utilize the parking!

We loved the convenience of the underground parking. The hotel had beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. It was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommended staying here.

This is my second visit to this hotel. I have family living close by and attending events, graduation, funerals etc. The rooms are quaint and calm. Not much going in the area after 9pm. Very quiet.

Overall amazing stay. Helpful and nice staff! There was some rust around the bath tub but they quickly came up with a solution that made us happy.
