The shuttles to and from the airport were on time. The drivers were both helpful and friendly. The room was big, very clean and comfortable. Our flight left too early for us to try the free breakfast. There were places to eat within walking distance and a Safeway and Trader Joe's a short drive away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Someone was at the front desk when we checked out at 3:45am.
Maybe a pack out breakfast bag for those with early flights. Our shuttle left at 4am and breakfast did not start until 6:30. Everything else was perfect for our needs.

very spacious room and comfortable bed and good location and access to restaurants and public transport
breakfast was a bit light on and lacked variety also nice if there was some form of gym at the facility similar to numerous hotels
