From the time i arrive Jennifer the manager was so wonderful to us and her co-worker Devon.
They helped me accommodate my boat and trailer needs, was so grateful for their help.
Camillia in the restaurant/Pub was also very nice. Great trip!! I hope to do this one again.

The staff and the location are both outstanding. It was a last minute booking and I wasn't sure what to expect. First of all, we were blown away by the gorgeous setting. We stayed in one of the Inn Rooms with an ocean view. The people we met during our four days, including other guests and staff and locals from the area were all very warm and welcoming. The food at the Backeddy pub was fabulous, very fresh fish and chips and other great choices on the menu. And a stunning setting, over the water. A wonderful escape from city life in North Vancouver.
The room was basic but perfectly adequate as we weren't planning to spend a lot of time in our room - we were happy to be outside and exploring the beautiful area. The one thing that would be better for convenience would be if there was a freezer in the fridge in the rooms. There was no way to make ice and even though they sold it in the Marina store there wasn't anywhere to store it. So a freezer would be very handy but not a deal breaker as everything else at the hotel was wonderful.

Peaceful. I had one morning where I got up before 7 and sat down on the dock and the only sounds were the waves, birds and seals. Very refreshing. Place to stay, when we are doing things in and around the area , Ruby Lake, Skookumchuck Narrows.
Late night nightclub party (Wedding?) in Egmont was a bit noisy.
