Very friendly stuff the location is perfect if you are attending a conference super central and close to anything you might need and the room is big, comfy beds.
Breakfast was very simple and not so great, felt industrial, I do understand that is subjective. having said that, disposable plates and cutlery? give us real plates pls (the planet wont mind it also...)
Also, the tubs could use and extra scrub next time you clean there...

The staff was accommodating and held onto our suitcases after checkout while we visited museums. The room was clean and comfortable in every way.
The cleaning staff knocked on our door the following morning earlier than we expected and seemed pretty insistent about cleaning the room as soon as possible.

Overall, I liked the hotel— it was clean, cozy, and well-organized. However, there were two issues.
First, the room was quite noisy because the windows faced a hospital, and ambulances kept arriving at night, waking both me and my children. Second, in the kitchen, the staff constantly stood nearby and watched us very closely — what we took and how we ate — which felt uncomfortable and a bit stressful. It would be wonderful if these things could be improved.
