Breakfast was good and good coffee and creamer
the room felt humid when we first got in, but the AC worked great.

early breakfast ; clean .
We were told that our room would be cleaned every other day but the room was not serviced on the third day. I reflected that situation on a text survey, and someone came up with some trash bags, towels, and a coffee as per my request pretty immediately.

Sorry I don’t remember his name but the guy at the front desk was very helpful as I paid for a king size bed but Booking.com screwed it up buy listing it as a queen double. He did the best he could to fix it but they were sold out for that night.
Shower water pressure was low.

The staff was exceptional, very professional and friendly. I was sitting alone in the lobby waiting for family and without even asking, the young lady at the counter brought me a cold water…very much appreciated. The free breakfast was very good, lots of choices, both hot and cold. As far as the room, it was clean, however, the bed felt hard, they should give you an extra blanket, there is only a cover sheet and one blanket. The TV does not give you many choices. Because the hotel is right by the airport, it can be loud. When the air conditioning goes from cold to warm, there is a chemical type of smell, perhaps the vent needs cleaning. Our room was next to the elevator which made it noisy so it you have a choice, ask to be far from the elevator. For the price of the room, I feel we could find something more to our liking.
