Beds comfy, very quiet, staff helpful, room very clean.
There was not a single towel rack in the room (209). There were towel racks in the room we’d stayed in previously.
Morning coffee should be complimentary.

Location in downtown was good.
We booked a suite for a 2 night stay as property advertised itself as dog friendly. We checked in with our dogs present. At midday the next day a staff member phoned me on my cell and advised that as we had dogs in our room they were not permitted and told me I had to change rooms to the ground floor and a suite was not available . I responded and advised her that I would not be back until the evening and that this would be a B major inconvenience and what was the harm in finishing our stay . She then advised that she had to talk to someone else and would call me back in 5 minutes . She never did call back. We spent our afternoon in limbo awaiting the call. We found this interaction very unhelpful. It left a bad taste in our mouth
