Dirty and outdated. Stains on the box spring cover. Blanket on bed, turned over to hide stains. No closet in room. Dirty bathroom and not clean. Gross.

Was charged more than my agreed upon internet price and was charged extra for a 4th person in a room that had two queen beds. Unclear to me why a hotel thinks that 2 people can sleep in one bed but not the other bed.

The room had a smoky/musty smell to it. I mentioned it to the front staff and they said "they would look into it" Beds were worn, blankets and sheets were thin, hair on comforter, no foam underlay under carpets. It's located near a liquor store. It's not a great place.

The staff was ok. Rooms had no soundproofing . I had to listen to a couple fighting somewhere near me at 1200 midnight. Then there were people knocking on a door in the hall at 500am. Then i had to listen to someone snore......needless to sy I didnt get much sleep

It was a very good stay, every staff is friendly and kind. Only one thing that would be nice to fix is the smell in the room, especially around the door. It smelled like a shoe lack. Other than that, everything was perfect. Would love to stay again.

It is a great place to stay if you have a short stay in the city. Fair price, central location, clean, and front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Even on a longer stay I would very likely stay at this Hotel again, definitely recommend!

The staff called us after we lft and said they are charging my credit card a extra 250.00 for a cigarette butt but they found in room !! I dont smoke and i make my son go outside and smoke he doesn't throw his butts on the ground instead he puts it out and installs in back pocket till he can properly dispose of they didnt care wouldnt listen very mean lady

The pictures of the rooms on Expedia didn’t not represent the hotel or the rooms well. Our room had not been renovated in decades. For the price you pay at this hotel; go stay at somewhere cheaper for the same quality of room.

This was a disappointment the Lobby and the room needs an upgrade . Air Conditioning not working bath tub had no plug had to use face cloth. I paid $350 for a room that should have been $150 . Not going to stay here again.

This hotel is sub-standard, the only redeeming feature is the restaurant on the ground floor, the food there is excellent. The room had an overwhelming scent of deodorizer probably to cover-up the smell of cigarette smoke. The room was clean but the hotel is in desperate need of a renovation, way overpriced, given the state of the room. I would not stay here again unless it was an absolute last resort.

Friendly enough staff. Listing claimed AC, none in room. Slightly worn down room. Hallways smelled of pot (room was ok). Over charged based on 'final' hotels.com price. For amount paid, was quite underwhelmed
