Everything was perfect! The accommodation suited our needs perfectly. Super clean and comfortable.
Only issue was the BBQ...grates were pretty rough. Front desk was notified.

Beautiful spacious 2 BR condo but no AC. Quite warm in the condo unless all the windows and fans were on. We went in May. Lovely infinity pool and hot tub. Good exercise room. The best west-facing view from our unit of the harbour and boats. Except for the complaints below, the property overall was quiet and private.
Our unit (#18) had the restaurant right in front and there was a fan exhaust on the roof of the building. This fan was noisy, and had a food odour and smoke coming out of it during restaurant hours (5-9 Tuesday to Saturday). When we sat on our balcony to have our dinner, this was very unpleasant. Also the roof of this and one other nearby building had moss all over it and was an eye-sore. The other issue you can get anywhere. There was noise of children running in the unit above us. We did complaint to the staff (that are only available in person during the day) and they spoke with the guests in that unit. The noise did decrease a bit after that.

Great location and beautiful setting by the water. We were intially in a lower unit but the occupants above were very loud. The management t were kind enough to move us to an end Unit that was very quiet.
One of our group developed COVID so we were forced to leave after two nights and unable to use our third night. Management indicated they would be agreeable to refunding our third night if booking.com agreed. Unfortunately booking.com refused to answer our many messages so we will never use them again. And multiple messages left with Painted Boat were not answered. Disappointing customer service.
