The sink clogged often.

The complimentary breakfast was a good addition to our stay. The environment of the hotel and lobby was very clean and had a great vibe. Everyone seemed to be friendly and greeted us with a smile. We did not get to partake in the pool but would love to next time.
There were some issues with our stay. One of them included an elevator that took way to long to operate and another elevator was down and going through repairs. Our room had a bad smoke odor and smelled like someone was trying to cover up cigarettes within the facility. Luckily, we did not stay in the room but to sleep due to the concert we went to enjoy. The last item I have was even with the complimentary breakfast there needs to be a system for the chef to not be overwhelmed by guests at the omelette bar. More employees need to be active and, on the floor, replenishing cold food for new hot food and assisting guest with questions. there was a big line at the coffee pot.

Loved the property, room, and staff! All were great, staff was nice and very accommodating. Only negative inwuod say was our experience with the 3rd party parking app. We had issues every single time leaving the property not going in. Each time we left had to call their service and provide all information and thwy were not kind at all. Very frustrating however the hotel itself was great!
