After reading the reviews I was hesitant to book but I am happy I took a chance. We had a clean, beautiful room with a terrace overlooking the harbor. The room was tastefully decorated with a fireplace for winter. We had a nice bathroom with a tub and a shower and plush towels. We were lucky with the weather and spent hours sitting on the terrace, reading, and watching the boats go in and out of the harbor. Best view for sunset as well. The whole hotel has an old world charm to it and we loved it!
Although the food in the restaurant was excellent, the staff seemed overwhelmed on both nights. It took over 30 minutes to be seated (and they had free tables) and another 30 minutes to get a drink. The breakfast was delicious but the breakfast room really needs new furniture. It’s an empty room with a few conference chairs and tables thrown in. A small investment in some nice chairs and tables could make this restaurant with beautiful view of the harbor top notch! Both pools were overcrowded with screaming children. Although it didn’t matter to us, but if you’re and adult looking for a swim, this isn’t the place.

Location was excellent, but Parking was terrible
TV entertainment was outdated.
Pillows they were like a rocks
Not comfortable at all mattress
And Parking, I had to walk for a long time.
View was fantastic. That’s all.
