Very cozy and our room came with a private AC unit so we were able to control the temp in the room. It was perfect considering it was 30+ degrees when we were staying there! Made for a very comfortable time. Rita and Dan were exceptional hosts as well. Very friendly without overstepping. We had a lot of privacy while also being well taken care of. A plus for those who don’t plan on driving, the Metro/subway station is a 5 minute walk from the B&B and was very easy to use!

Breakfast was amazing. Its location is excellent, being so close to the Metro, shops, and restaurants. The owners maximized their space well to provide comfort to guests. The hostess was engaging, making guests feel at hone. The couple shared a lot if tips how to navigate Montreal.
There’s only one bathroom that was shared among the guests.

Our hosts Rita and Dan were friendly and welcoming! From arrival communication, welcome, and made us feel at home! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The back patio for reading, cards, and breakfast was so relaxing, cozy, and beautiful with the plants and foliage!
The breakfasts were hearty and unique, tasty and different both mornings! Lots of variety on the plate. Coffee and tea were wonderful!
We loved our blue room and bathroom was clean and had everything we needed.

We will add to the reviews about breakfast with a resounding "OMG THE BREAKFAST"! We would have slept on a cot on the floor to have access to that breakfast. Very thoughtful, delicious, and copious in size. The space is also charming, cozy, and welcoming. The back deck is a beautiful breakfast, coffee, and wine spot. The hosts are friendly and lovely as well. The location is very conveniently located near the Metro and if you want a beautiful, relaxing walk along the canal, that is only steps away.
