I like the location. It is walking distance from metro and intercity bus stations.
I booked for a mix dormitory however when i checked in I was told that I was assigned to the ladies dormitory. I specifically booked mix dornitory as I was travelling with my husband. Would be nice to have been given options to book upper or lower bund beds so people who has issues getting to upper beds can probably pay extra for lower bunk beds.

The location was perfect. Very central and easy to get to from the metro. The capsule itself was decently clean and comfortable.
I was on the all-women floor which required an access key to get into. For the second night of my stay they said they were overbooked so men would be staying on the floor. That didn't sit right with me. The bathrooms were never clean and quite gross. One bathroom didn't even have a garbage can, the ones that did were always over flowing. There were no hooks in the bathrooms or shower rooms, but the floor was sopping wet so I had to hang my clothes on the door handle which didn't really work. My capsule was pretty clean but there was a tiny blood stain on my sheets. I was in the top capsule and it was quite high from the ground. If you have difficulties climbing up or down ladders I would request the bottom capsule.
