The location was very good, near the highway, but quiet. It's across from a lovely park on the river and there are restaurants nearby.
There was a humming noise all night, I think it was coming from the bathroom in the room next door. It was constant and I had difficulty sleeping the second night. I didn't notice it the first night or I would have mentioned it to the staff.

It was a very basic hotel with no coffee machine. Unlike other small hotels that have a microwave, this one did not have it. Luckily, Tim Hortons is just next door. For another $20 a night you should be able to get a better hotel in the area.
No microwave, coffee machine, etc.
