The top of the desk and dresser was sticky. No refrigerator in room

It was way cleaner than the first room at American best. And the staff was way nicer during the encounters we had and the price was way more affordable than the other run down location I originally booked.
The show curtain had some mold. And the sheets had stains but that was it.
