Location and Port Royal room was beautiful
Our first room was very small and window shades didn’t work

Friendly and efficient desk staff present on B&B premises.
-tired landscaping, rear wooden steps rotting with loose traction strips, no walkway to front from parking, narrow driveway access, no visible sign or house number.
“ Placentia” room quite small, low angled ceilings and stuffy.. only one small operable window. Thin walls.
Breakfast included no eggs and ends extremely early at 9:30am… rushed.
Water takes quite a while to heat up then becomes scalding hot!
Portable AC unit buttons worn out.
No full curtains on windows to block out light.
Paint job is well done.
