The room was a great size, very clean.
The new locks on the doors are a keypad, it was a pain to put in a 7 digit code everytime you wanted to open your door. Would have preferred a key card. The bathroom sink and toilet did not drain very well, but were still able to be used.

Carpet in hallways worn, outside exit door broken left open all night to non-registered guests
No one on staff when checking out, phone number on door called person on other end if line knew nothing about Sarnia, Ontario

Was not clean and tired looking, door stuck trying to open. The door closer arm was broken. The towel rack in bathroom was broken and barely hanging in place .
