Having breakfast at the hotel is excellent. The very best is the made to order station for the omelets and bacon, all the other plus was also great, my husband and I were completely impressed, also the 2 complimentary drinks per night and appetizer was a surprise.
When I made my reservation I told them it was my birthday on Friday the 28th, and Vicky from the back office, kbock on my door on Thursday with flowers, card and a happy birthday balloon. I was totally surprised. She remembered it was my 75th birthday.
The room was always very cold and we couldn't control the temperature, unless we turn it off.
The rug had a few patches of another rug and it made the room cheap. Some of the outlets had missing screws, the refrigerator felt like it wasn't attached properly. The cleaning service were extremely helpful.

Great location very close to Busch Gardens . Great Breakfast and a very nice staff.
The second night we had no Hot water for a shower . There were 4 elevators and at one point of our stay only one was working making it a very long wait to get from the 7th floor to the lobby .
