Great location if you are going on a cruise! Very clean and the having a kitchen and washer and dryer are wonderful for a longer stay😊

Loved this property! Modern, clean, had all needed amenities, and location was good. I especially appreciated the water filter downstairs in lobby, that saved us from lugging heavy bottles of water from grocery store.
Nothing. It would’ve been good to have a brush or sponge to wash dishes with though.

Coffee, tea & 2 small snack bags of granola balls along with the fruit I brought got me going.
Liked the full size appliances, handicap shower with no step into it and the balcony.
The unique bed was comfortable tho high for a 5'3" woman.
The tech features often stumped great-grandma but I wanted to try. I'd return knowing entrance codes had more than the numbers. I appreciated texted remote help & unlocking.
My handicap ♿️ bathroom had no grab bars and a low toliet... absolute essentials. It was roomy enough for a wheelchair. Supplies were great.

Location was truly within walking distance of the Benchmark Arena. Ash, Yardhouse, and many other restaurants and bars also within walking distance.
charged $35 to park in the same lot that only costs $20 and it was 3 blocks away from the building
Studio apartment had a murphy bed that was not comfortable
