I loved the location. It is close to shops that made it easy for me to buy and prepared healthy meals.
I am very disappointed with the condition of the room and the level of housekeeping provided. There was mold/mildew around the bathtub caulking, significant dirt buildup in the shower-door tracks, and a strong urine odor coming from the floor underneath and around the chair. I had to move the chair and use a plastic shopping bag over my hand and Lysol wipes to clean the urine residue and remove the odor myself.
I understand housekeeping is provided once a week for stays of up to seven days, which is why I addressed these issues myself rather than wait. However, I have a cervical fusion and am currently experiencing pain and swelling, so I should not have had to move furniture and clean areas that should have been properly cleaned before my stay.
I paid nearly $577.74 for this stay and expect the room to be clean and properly maintained. I am asking management to take this complaint seriously, address these concerns with the housekeeping staff, and ensure that proper cleaning standards are followed going forward.

The room was clean and the service was great.
The only thing I didn’t like is that the WiFi was down when I came to check in and when I tried to do the appointment again on my phone I was charged extra.

The snacks are really good and glad there was coffee.
I would have loved to have the typical basic breakfast, such as eggs, ham, baggels, etc.
