adult pool cabanas are so expensive and few to no one buys them and so the seats go unused and paying customers who want need a sun chair are tossed away :( to look else where like the KIDS pool :(

The vibe and staff were tops
Lack of clear signage on back side of property

Gorgeous architecture and grounds, nice pools, and a huge variety of inviting seating throughout the property.
It was pretty dirty. We were surprised at how much garbage was always out around both of the larger pools. We watched staff walk past tables filled with garbage many times. It was excessive. We also wished for better ice & water access.

The facility was beautiful! The staff was amazing!

The smell!!! It's amazing. The food was really good. The early check in if rooms are available. The fact that you're able to check out and still use the pools for the rest of the day.
Nothing to dislike. Liked everything.

The property is gorgeous! The food was AMAZING (not always the case at resorts) and we really loved the adults-only pool!

truly gorgeous, very friendly and comfortable
the food everywhere was amazing but it’s all very pricey so just keep that in mind (drinks are $20 each)

Conference. Hotel is an extraordinary cultural and architectural icon. And you don't sacrifice comfort/ luxury to get the vibe. Expensive but not outrageous considering what you get.
Always would like lower price esp in June in Phoenix, but buisness conference was there so..... Of course very hot but that was totally expected.

Very friendly staff.
We were lied to that the hotel was booked and our families couldn't get room together.
Also, the AC in our room rattled horribly when it kicked on and off, so did the refrigerator.

architecturally beautiful hotel with comfortable beds, very friendly staff and super clean. Stayed for 4 nights and my favourite was spending time at the Tierra Luna Spa and experiencing their wellness amenities.
Food was a little overpriced

The property was clean and well kept. The architecture of the buildings were beautiful as well as the gardens. The staff were very friendly. The kids loved the pool! There were 7 but we only ever made it to the pools with the water slides, which were great.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff at MacArthur's restaurant.
I had sent several messages about scheduling a massage, starting 2 days before my stay. The responses were ambíguos. In the end, no one confirmed a massage for me. Strange

The Biltmore Resort is an Arizona icon. It’s a textural delight and wonderful place to make a special memory. The grounds and interiors are beautiful. Great location. Great dining.
I think the signage around the property could be updated and clearer. It’s a large resort and an enhanced way making system would go a long way to clarify where to park, how to get to the Spa, etc.

The property was great and so was the staff thankfully because my reservation with booking was a disaster and I will never use them again. I appreciate the staffs help getting everything figured out which they didn’t have to do

Wonderful property with an excellent restaurant wait staff. The architecture and overall quality of the physical facility was outstanding. Lighting, both inside and out (night) was well conceived. Service staff did excellent job restoring the grounds after weddings, other guest group events. Front entrance staff were particularly helpful and friendly.
Food in general at the hotel was pricy - $19 for oatmeal? - McArthur's food was less good quality / preparation than the price charged. Housekeeping staffing needs far better support >> too few of them to cope with the volume of guests - rooms should not be UN-made at 4pm when guests are out all day. [pay staff more and have better results]. Daily $35 "Resort Charge" (and the associate tax) should be included in the base room rate and so footnoted in marketing, other materials. #1 complaint: why was there NO print material in the rooms (or anywhere else in the facility) about the hotel, its offerings, the local area (Phoenix Magazine, etc.), NO maps of the area / Phoenix. Having traveled at the 5* level for decades, this was a first - and quite irritating. Implied that the hotel's focus was on groups (whose time is generally managed by the host company) vs. FIT's who would appreciate some perspectives on the area etc. >> a missed opportunity.

A very large resort with lots of great opportunities to play - golf - tennis - hiking - fitness... good food - nice restaurant service
…. the rooms are partly well renovated - my room should have been - I didn't think so... strange room layout... from the entrance door you were directly in the bathroom - room service ok - events every evening - you have to like and also know ...
