Het Sunrise Resort was erg prettig om te verblijven. We hadden een kleine cottage gehuurd, met keuken waar alle benodigdheden waren. Alles was schoon en netjes onderhouden, daar wordt duidelijk werk ingestoken. We konden de kanoes/kayaks lenen/suppen in het meer waar het aan ligt. Vriendelijke eigenaren en genoeg te beleven in de buurt, zelfs met regen. Fijn dat het dicht bij de doorgaande weg ligt. De lokale supermarkt in het dorp heeft meer dan je zou verwachten.

Very friendly owner. Quiet. Walking distance to a nice park. Very clean cabin.
Not the expected lake. No A/C. Too hot in summer time during daytime. Although they provide fan when we asked but not enough for 3 rooms. Cooler at night though. Pots were not cleaned properly. Plates and cups not enough.

The cabin had everything we needed and was clean. Alex was a great host, we apparently had booked the hideaway but once we checked in he suggested we might enjoy a different cabin cause of the view - and wow was he right!
The views are wonderful and it's so peaceful there. It's just off the highway and few minutes walk from Buckhorn centre so close enough to amenities but far enough to allow for a restful and quiet stay.
Everything was great!
