Location was close to the Yukon Wilderness Reserve as well as the Eclipse Hot Springs which we were planning on visits
The property adjacent area around the entrance to the property was pretty shabby (lots of what appeared to be derelict vehicles)

Lovely setting; good location! Alex was wonderful, guests were pleasant, breakfast and coffee were good!
Electrical outlets in bathroom and bedroom did not all work; bedside lamp didn’t work; leveler blinds were old and not fully functional; bed pillows were extremely uncomfortable; room needed thorough dusting; grounds needed tidying; stairs did not seem to be “code” and required careful navigating.
