Location and friendliness of staff.
Breakfast took longer than expected. From the time we ordered to the time we got our meal, we needed to take it to go to make it to work on time. There weren’t many people in the restaurant so not why it took so long but the staff was lovely.

The check-in staff member was not very friendly and didn’t seem to want to be there. We requested a room that would accommodate my service animal and did not get a room that was appropriate for me or my dog. I had to walk to the exit to get to the outside when I was told my room had a patio leading to the outdoor area. She told me upon checking in this as well but this wasn’t true. Rooms were available to accommodate my request but I was not able to make any changes once I checked in. Very disappointed in the service I was provided. This was my only complaint.
