only stayed a night, it was great. The owner added benches and a samll bbq outside which was a bonus.

This is an older motel. It is very basic. The electrical system needs to be updated. The advantages are the location. It is in the country so it is quiet.
One of the electrical plugs didn’t work. The next closest plug had so many other things that needed it that a plug in electrical surge protector bar was provided. The microwave, TV, and refrigerator were using the plug. To operate the microwave, the TV and the refrigerator had to be disconnected. The microwave would operate for about 10 seconds and then trip if anything else was operating.
