The proximity to Union Square and Chinatown were nice. The room was clean.
The stairs were very small, making it challenging to walk with a suitcase. There is an elevator but it’s a bit awkward to use due to its size and age. There is no lobby for check in. The rooms are very small, the sheets were rough and the bed was not very comfortable. It took a long time for the water in the shower to warm up. We asked for rooms close to our family but were on separate floors. The place smells old and the light fixtures in the halls were falling off. It felt old and worn.
