The motel is old but well-renovated. It was a pleasure to open the door and see fresh paint, floors instead of carpets and an attractive bedspread and window blinds. There was good sound proofing between rooms. Amenities worked well. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very clean. Staff were friendly and nearby if you needed anything. It’s a short drive to town for food, drink, gas … and a short drive to beaches and parks.
The bathroom is a bit old, but works well with hooks, a handy shelf, modern heated mirror, a window that opens and—best of all—great water pressure and hot water. The motel is by the highway, so there is traffic noise, but that is normal and to be expected.

We were there for a quick stop over for our trip, room was clean, there were lots of towels, bed was comfy. There was a fridge and coffee maker.
We know it is an old motel, first thing we noticed is when you turn on the light in the bathroom the fan also come on but it was so noisy that you couldn't go to the bathroom without waking someone up, plus the fact in the morning when it was on it didn't work as the bathroom was still full of steam, also there was no outlet in the bathroom for my spouse to use her hair hair dryer or curling iron.
