Their service was amazing, room honestly great. The hotel breakfast was also great quality! No complaints. This hotel has come recommended for the company I work for :)

All round, very good and staff service was excellent. The redeood bar is great. Included breakfast at Frederick's was a bit limited but good enough and again v helpful staff.
We upgraded to a much better suite for a reasonable uplift in the room rate.
While it was all clean, the common areas and corridors were in need of a refresh/facelift.

Rooms are clean and very beautifully done.
Location is slightly off from the city, but walkable. Always walk towards the right not left.

Lovely Redwood Room
Hallways were creepy and rooms felt dark and needed a refresh. Room was SO EXPENSIVE too
