The bed was very comfortable! The shower was large with great water pressure. There were automatic night-lights in the bathroom for midnight pees.

Breakfast included. Good size rooms. Pets are allowed. Nice receptionist and housekeepers staff. Prompt answer in case of any problem.
Coffe and water always available for free!
It is located right next to Tenderloin, homeless everywhere around it.
No way to get a better rate in person, it’s better to book it on booking.com
Next to it there is 620 jones (very laud), if is not that one, you will hear the other 2 pubs in front of it often with live music..

I stayed there for three nights. I liked the location, It was like we can take all the buses near the hotel.
There was no buffet in breakfast, we didn’t know that. we had to order from the menu (see attached picture) and we weren’t even told we were gonna be charged for the add-ons. We ordered two coffees and two teas breakfast, they charged us for the teas. There were no trash bags in the bins. The quality of toilet papers were poor. Also, there was only one couch in the room, which is extremely uncomfortable if you check in with your partner. There is loud bar next the hotel and you cannot stay in your room during daylight because of that noise.
