Location
Long check-in process. Tiny rooms with very little space and small beds. Lack of proper soundproofing — when you’re using the restroom, everyone in the room gets to enjoy the Dolby Surround Sound experience. The parking lot was full when I arrived, so I had to wait 1.5 hours for someone to leave.
