We absolutely loved our stay here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the hotel had a beautiful atmosphere, and the location was perfect for exploring San Francisco. Everything felt easy and welcoming!

Our room was elegantly designed with the best vibes and breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond. They accommodated our requests happily. Our trip to San Francisco was filled with amazing memories and this hotel stay is definitely one for the books.

Lovely place, middle of city centre, plenty restaurants and shops in neighborhood. Famous tram stops almost in front of door. Populaire rooftopbar. Allowed me to get in one of our rooms to get changed after arrival. Had drinks in great bar. Would recommend
Breakfast à la carte bit expensive.

Great location.
Rooms (family room) are a lot smaller than photos portray and there is very limited wardrobe space. Reception staff were not very welcoming and at times quite abrupt
